Longley Concrete Floors is recruiting an Administrator. C.R.Longley & Co Ltd is a third generation, successful family run business established since 1947 with a head office in Dewsbury and manufacturing facilities in London and Northern Ireland.
We manufacture a range of concrete products and sell them on both a supply only and supply and fix basis to the construction industry, through house builders, main contractors, ground workers and builders merchants.
We are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant for our Beam and Block Flooring Department, to provide administrative support to our busy team of estimators.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, be able to work with minimum supervision and prioritise their workload to meet strict deadlines. This is a key role within our estimating team and the duties of the post are varied, such as processing orders, file management, collating and administering customer feedback and coordinating the review and update of all company discrepancy reports. Excellent IT and organizational skills are essential.
This is a full time, permanent position, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. We offer 22 days holiday rising to 24 days after 5 years and 25 days after 10 years’ service.
