Galliford Try contract renewal

Precast concrete business, Longley Concrete has won the contract for the provision of beam and block flooring for Linden Homes, for the fifth year in a row.
The contract, which is through Linden Homes’ parent company Galliford Try, is for the supply of precast concrete flooring for their new housing developments across the UK. In 2014 the contract enabled the build of 2,500 new homes.
Longley Concrete is based in West Yorkshire with manufacturing plants in London, Yorkshire and Northern Ireland. The company was been working with Linden Homes since 2010 and has successfully won the contract for the new homes division for 5 years.

The business has recently expanded its production capability with the addition of a London manufacturing plant and by increasing its mixer capacity at the head office in Yorkshire. Longley Concrete has the production capability to produce beam and block flooring for over 28,000 new homes a year*. They also produce hollowcore and insulated flooring, precast staircases, lift shafts, stadia and storage tanks.
