Beamshield Plus is a rigid
insulation unit manufactured from lightweight, closed cell
EPS intended for use in suspended ground floors in conjunction
with pre-stressed concrete T Beams, closure blocks, perimeter
blocks and a structural screed.
Beamshield panels serve 2 purposes: 1 A
temporary formwork on which to lay the structural concrete
topping 2 The
main insulant for the finished floor
Beamshield Plus comprises of 3 EPS components:
• Full insulation unit
• Half insulation unit
• Starter insulation unit
There is 1 insulation unit size
available
T80 with a deep flange, this is suitable for use with
175mm beams
